Stone Acres Farm is a sixty-three acre working farm located in the historic coastal New England town of Stonington, Connecticut. Stone Acres is dedicated to celebrating local food, artisan craftsmanship and promoting community through education and engagement. We are proud to source directly from Stone Acres, which affords us the ability to curate a unique variety of local, seasonal produce to be used in our menus each day. Stone Acres also operates an annual CSA Program (Community Supported Agriculture) allowing the public to invest in local agriculture and to iscover delicious new varieties of produce and artisan goods. Stone Acres Farm products can be found at their farm stand, as well as at our butcher shop, Grass & Bone. In addition to their robust education programming, Stone Acres is an idyllic venue for weddings and private event, as well as the future home to a network of artisans specializing in cheese, bread-making, brewing, and some day, a farm-to-table restaurant.

The newest addition to our restaurant family, Grass & Bone is a neighborhood butcher shop and counter service restaurant. Our butcher case  offers locally sourced pork, beef and poultry. Our kitchen offers seasonal sandwiches, salads and entrees as well as our world class rotisserie chicken. Join us every day for happy hour from 3pm to 6pm, as well as daily breakfast from 7am to 10am!

Our big sister, Oyster Club, is a casual fine dining restaurant and raw bar specializing in the richness of the New England coast and countryside.  The menu, which is written daily, showcases food that travels the shortest distance from ‘farm & sea to table,’ with seasonality and location determining the day’s delicacies. Benefiting from the region’s many local farmers and fisherman, Oyster Club features bounty from the sea, pasture raised beef, local produce and artisanal cheeses.
