Chef Amee Hussey creates a top shelf version of the raucous, forward thinking Izakaya vibe, with a multi course tasting menu and generous drink pairing. This isn't our standard menu format, think omakase, a chef's tasing menu style where our culinary team suprises you with dish after dish, after dish.
The menu is TBD, but expect savories like crispy goose wings, local fish crudo, bowls of hand made ramen and house made misos. You'll be drinking Japanese whisky, sake and craft cocktails worthy of the cutting edge Tokyo bar scene.
